Change the Color of Stickers in Design Space

Hi friends! I'm stopping in today to share a quick tutorial on how to change the color of your print and cut stickers in Cricut Design Space. I used the new Summer Stickers 2 (SVG). These stickers are so cute but I wanted something a little less pink.

I uploaded the stickers into Design Space and ungrouped the large group of stickers and moved out the images I wanted to use for this project. Be sure to keep the individual stickers grouped together.  Then I deleted the rest of the sticker I wasn't using from the mat.

I then added a 5x7 rectangle and resized the stickers to fit my card.

Using the layers panel on the right side of the design mat select the individual pieces that need to be color changed. With the image selected in the layers column move to the Operations tab on the top left and select the colors drop down, pick the new color, and repeat for the rest of the pieces on the sticker. Be sure to keep the stickers grouped together.

Now that the sticker colors are changed they are ready to be flattened, sent to the printer, cut.

I used the printed stickers and the Endless Summer collection by Echo Park Paper Co. to finish off this card.

That is it for me today. Thanks for stopping by!

Bee Envelope Box Card

Hi friends! I'm dropping in today to share a box card. This one is the Box Card Envelope Bee (SVG, Silhouette). I love the yellow plaid paper in the new Fun on the Farm collection by Echo Park so this little bee card was perfect. I did leave off the happy birthday sentiment for now just in case I want to use this card for something else. Love that option.

That bee is so cute! Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great week!

Lori Whitlock Creative Team May 2022 Blog Hop

Hi there! Welcome to the May Lori Whitlock Creative team blog hop! The order this month is Traci, Anita, Brandie, Aimee, Ashley, Cathy, Marcia, and Brigit.
Last month I made the little Easter Bunny Car and I loved it so much I made another project with a similar car. This time I used the Box Card Summer Vintage Bug file (SVG, Silhouette). I used my Glowforge laser cutter and made a little car to add to my springtime tiered tray. The car is made out of 1/8-inch MDF that I painted, distressed, and mod podge some cute paper to.
I added a few flowers. I might be a little obsessed with the flowers too. LOL! I have used them several times the last few months. The papers are from the Easter Wishes collection from Echo Park Paper Co.

Thats it for me today. Thanks for hoping along today! Aimee is up next.

3D Gnome Treat Box-Birthday Themed

Hi there friends! Today I am sharing a restyled version of the 3D Gnome Treat Box 3 (SVG, Silhouette). This little box came out as a Christmas box but total works as a Birthday treat box. I used the Birthday Boy collection by Echo Park Paper to complete the look.

I cut all of the pieces out of cardstock. I cut an extra beard piece out of navy blue so that the stars on his hat wouldn't be white. I also folded all the tab as mountain folds.

I used a swiss dot embossing folder on the white part of the beard. Glued the yellow hat on the navy beard then I cut the navy blue beard off of the hat. I glued the black dot on the back of the beard so his smile would show and the nose to the front. Then glued his boots and tunic to the base then glued his head into place.

For the box I glued the ends together first then folded the bottom tabs in and added glue to the bottoms. Folded over the base then from the inside of the box applied pressure to each tab making sure they are secure. I then glued the gnome to the front and embellished with some stickers from the Birthday Boy collection.

I added some ribbon to the top to close the box a little and filled him up with chocolate!

I love how versatile and cute this little gnome box is. Thanks for stopping by!
