Hi there! Welcome to the Lori Whitlock Creative Team Blog Hop! The order this month is Kathy, Anita, Brandie, Aimee, Ashley, Cathy, Corri, and Michelle.

I am sharing this cute 3D Birdhouse (SVG, Silhouette). This birdhouse comes together fairly easy. If you haven't tried a 3D project yet this one would be a good one to start with.  The only thing I omitted was the branches and bird. I used the leaves of the branches to create the vine that I have wrapped around the stand. The patterned papers are from the Little Lumberjack collection by Echo Park Paper Co.

Spring Shaped Cards 4/8

Hi there friends! Brandie here sharing some of the new shaped cards for Spring. I made the Frog (SVG, Silhouette), Bee (SVG, Silhouette), and Rose (SVG, Silhouette). You can also find the bundle here (SVG). These little cards are so sweet and would make any recipient smile. I also think these would be a great kids craft. The pieces are easy to assemble and do not need a lot of supplies.

I used two shades of green cardstock and a bubbles embossing folder to give my frog some fun texture.

The patterned paper and stickers are from the Spring Fling collection by Echo Park Paper. I also used a a chevron embossing folder on the yellow sections of the bee.

I got a little fancier with the rose card and turned it into a shaker card. To make the shaker element I used the same technique found in this tutorial by Cathy.
