Lori Whitlock Creative Team October 2019 Blog Hop

I have been on Halloween party perp mode for the last few days and have been busy putting together these cute treat bags for all the kids. I used the 2 on 12x12 Tag Bag Bat (SVG, Silhouette), 2 on 12x12 Tag Bag Cat (SVG, Silhouette), and 2 on 12x12 Tag Bag Ghost (SVG, Silhouette).
